Lake Oconee Village is sited on 600 acres of land in Greensboro, Georgia.

The village is located just outside of Reynolds Plantation which allowed Fortis to construct infrastructure with a series of pump stations that would direct the treated reusable water to Reynolds Plantation's landscaping.

This high-end establishment consists of 82 local and national businesses including a Publix grocery store, a number of restaurants, and a Spotlight Theater. Fortis constructed a piping system that first provides to the stand-alone stores and then caters to the surrounding shops. The infrastructure Fortis built has a pump station to carry the wastewater to the Carey Station Plant.
