The Del Webb Lake Oconee community is located on the beautiful hills overlooking the lake in Greensboro, Georgia. This community will house 850 homes within 350 acres.

Fortis constructed the water and sewer infrastructure, a $5 million project that was broken into two phases.

The first phase consisted of 16,000 feet of gravity sewer pipes. The second phase will consist of 8,000 feet of gravity sewer piping. Both phases are tied into the nearby wastewater plant through a series of pump stations and 10,000 linear feet of 8" force main.
